Mr. David Ayuo (LLB Moi). David obtained his LLB degree from the Moi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Law at Kenya School of Law. Initially attracted to the legal profession by a strong belief in justice for all and a desire to know the legal implications and remedies of any given situation, Mr. Ayuo commenced his service as a Pupil at Njogu Mungai & Company Advocates. After his admission as a legal practitioner, he stayed for a brief while at Njogu Mungai & Company Advocates and then went on to establish Ayuo & Company Advocates in 2017. Later, Mr. Ayuo formed a partnership and formed David Ayuo Advocates LLP. Mr. Ayuo has established a solid foundation and experience and has assisted clients in the areas of Civil Litigation (Magistrates & High Court), Corporate and Commercial Law; Contract Law; Evictions; Family Law; and Property Law. David has appeared on national television and radio, discussing property law and related matters. Mr Ayuo has also facilitated workshops for various institutions around Nairobi on issues pertaining to family and property law.

With extensive experience in Real Estate, Banking, and Financial Services, Ms. Cheryl Omire excels in diverse forms of Real Estate transactions. She takes a lead role in high-value complex property development projects, leveraging her expertise. Cheryl’s background in dispute resolution and litigation equips her to anticipate and address transactional issues effectively. Currently, she spearheads legal services for upcoming residential and commercial developments in Nairobi, backed by a wealth of knowledge on property sector legal frameworks. Cheryl’s involvement also extends to Business Formation, Company Restructuring, and Incorporation in Kenya. Her skill set encompasses contract drafting, policy formulation, legal opinions, negotiations, and adherence procedures. Furthermore, she’s adept in litigation and mediation facilitation. Cheryl’s expertise is evident through seminars she conducts on various property legislations and topics.

Vincent Otieno is an experienced legal practitioner in our litigation department boasting over 7 years of experience practicing as such. Mr Otieno served his pupilage with Oloo &Chatur until his admission as a legal practitioner. After completing his articles with the said law firm, Mr. Otieno practiced as a professional assistant in the firm’s litigation and commercial law department before going on to practice for his own account. Mr Otieno has vast knowledge in providing legal services in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Civil Litigation (Magistrates & High Court); Commercial Litigation; Land Claims; Labour Law; Municipal Law.
